So I've always been able to grow a beard but there were always parts that were thinner and some wouldn't connect. For example, my mustache would not connect with my sides and while on the topic, my sides just wouldn't be thick enough so you were able to see the skin bellow.
In the beginning of the year, I decided that I would grow a beard but I wanted a full blown beard that was thick, full and would connect all the way. I search online for a product that would give me the help I needed and behold, I found 'Alpha Beard Growth Vitamins'. At first I was skeptical but I read some reviews and figured it couldn't hurt to try.
One month later, here I am writing this review. In my opinion, the product works, meaning that you will see your hair grow thicker and fuller; it even help fill up some of those gaps. However, do not expect these vitamins to be a miracle potion type of deal. By no means, will this product give you a beard if you didn't have something to work with to begin with. If you are one of those people who can't grow a beard, then this isn't the product for you, and you shouldn't feel bad about it. Own the fact that you can't grow a beard, after all, facial hair does not make the man. Overall, this is a great product if you are looking to get thicker, and healthier facial hair. So again I say, give it a try, you might just be surprised.

I have struggled my entire life trying to grow facial hair. I have tried a lot of different ways (shaving it) to make it look good. The picture you see where I have very little hair was taken spring of 2025. Most of the time when I attempted to grow it long, my face would break out in acne and itch like a mother. I would shave it all off when I couldn't stand it anymore and start over. I don't know how well you can tell, but it would also grow in patches. It would never fill in properly. As you can see in the 2 pictures, its filling in the longer it grows. And more hair is coming in in places it have never grown in before. Whether or not that fill in is from the hair twisting in all directions or not doesn't matter. The point is, it is looking better everyday.
I began taking this Alpha Beard vitamin in late Aug of 2025. Patience is the key! As it began to grow, it was itchy until I started managing that part as well. I have taken it every single day without missing. In just a few months my results have been astonishing! I went to a family Christmas party and some of my family didn't recognize me at first. It had been a year since I had seen them last. But that's not to say there were any crazy changes other than the beard. It was cool bc for the first time in my life, I heard a story about my late father always growing a beard when he was younger. I never knew that about him. He was always clean shaven around me. This Beard vitamin isn't the only step to making this journey last.
I also got a 2 in 1 Beard conditioner named Woody's and a Beard oil that I use everytime after I shower. They remove the itch 100% and will last for several days without reapplying. I have tried several Beard oils and I would just recommend something that smells nice bc you'll be breathing it in for a bit after applying it. I tried a Beard balm, but I didn't like it bc it made my hair stiff.
I would highly suggest you take these vitamins without missing a single time. Even if you for got to take it in the morning, I would still make sure you get both doses everyday. I take one in the morning and one at night. I also use a conditioner on your beard when showering. I just use a little of my wife's conditioner she uses for her hair. Nothing deluxe. After drying off, you'll want to comb through it and not have it rip your tangled beard hairs out. After that I then put in the 2 in 1 product and then the oil. If you look at online videos, it may suggest to use the oil first. But I want to enjoy the smell of the oil instead of smelling like a 2 in 1 product. I don't think it matters either way. Then I comb it again and brush it to help shape it. But I dont use any other products bc I dont want it to be stiff. This may seem like a lot of time to care for, but its only a few mins to do.
Overall I am very well please with my results. I enjoy taking care of it this way. My wife loves it too! She tells me I'm not allowed to shave. I will continue taking these vitamins bc for the 1st time in 48 years, I am very satisfied with my results. I can't say this product works for everyone. But it has done wonders for me. I don't think I'll ever shave again. Maybe do some trimming once it gets more full. I highly recommend this product. Like I said PATIENCE is the key. Don't give up after a month. I don't think I start noticing this was working until after a month. I almost gave up. I'm glad I stuck with it though!
