I all of a sudden had issues going to the bathroom for about a month. It was awful! I felt bloated and gross. I tried stool softners, laxatives, fiber drinks, etc I even had blood work and an abdominal xray done to rule out any blockages or anything else. No blockage and nothing worked! I decided to buy these because it couldn't make things worse. I started with 4 in the morning and have stayed at that quantity since. I've purchased these now 2 times and will take these religiously! They do work after about 3 days in a row of taking them. I definitely can feel a difference if I skip a couple days. If you're constipated and having issues buy these!!

They do work. But you do have to take them as directed!
After reading reviews, I got a little scared after reading it made people go to the restroom multiple times. So I only started taking one a day for about a week and a half. They weren't working. I became discouraged, so on my off days, I started taking them as directed, still discouraged because I felt like they weren't working. But gave it another week (3rd week in full) and they do work! You just have to give it time especially if you're not taking them as directed.
I did get an upset tummy the first couple days of taking them as directed. However, I felt like that was because I traded off VitaFushion Fiber Gummies (they were getting too expensive, even from Amazon). My body had to get use to the new product.
I like these. They're easy to swallow. I take them about 30 minutes before my morning breakfast. Would purchase these again.

Has all the right ingredients and competitively inclusive and priced; hard to be sure how much it helps but will stick with it if they keep the price as it is.

I didn't get any relief…saving a little money for new product isnt worth it…I should've just got Emma again

For years I have struggled with digestion. Dr's always say more fiber, take laxatives stool softners. Nothing ever worked, the pain was always unbearable. This is my life saver. I finally don't hurt in the abdomen anymore and can finally get my digestion regular again, after so many years, of not working right.

I waiting about 6 weeks to give this review, just to make sure this product continued to work well…. Back story: Had issues with lactose intolerance (gas) and overall digestion, normally pooped only 1x per week, was often pretty sluggish and tired, and my stomach seemed to be growing over the past say 2 years. Tried all the colon cleaners and fiber products out there (trust me!) and just not very helpful. I’m a RN so I knew not to use laxatives because I already saw that my intestines would likely become dependent on them (huge problem!). Well, I don’t know what the heck I’ve been waiting around for! 🥴 This turned out to be EXACTLY what I needed! Immediate results! I even eat yogurt again and ZERO gas. I poop twice a day 🙏🏽 and heartburn stopped completely after about 3 days. My waistline has decreased to half the size it was and with no other intervention except these pills. I cannot begin to tell you all how grateful I am that I came across this product. I take 2 caps twice daily, morning and evening. It says I can take up to 3x a day but twice works well enough for me (don’t believe I ever tried taking 3x in a day). Also, no diarrhea, just regular daily poops. It’s like my intestinal musculature has awakened. It’s just fabulous! Oh, my energy level snapped back immediately, I’m talking right after those first (kinda large) poops. 😳
