Flora Power is a vaginal suppository, which means you will be inserting into your vagina. It is not a pill you take by mouth, even though it looks similar!

How do I insert Flora Power?

Wash your hands. Then use your fingers to insert the suppository into your vagina. It should be inserted a comfortable amount, which should be far enough that it won’t have the chance to slip out. Just pop it in — that’s it!

How long does Flora Power take to work?

Within a few hours, the capsule will start to dissolve and get to work. Depending on your body, you may see results in as little as 1-5 days of nightly use.

What time of day should I use Flora Power?

We recommend using it at bed time so it can be one less thing you have to worry about during the day as it can cause discharge. We like to wear a pad while we’re using it.
