1. In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, heat the coconut oil. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp just turns pink, about 3 to 4 minutes.

2. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds.

3. Add the lemon juice, broth, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes more. Stir in the parsley.
